Evening Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist

The Phoenix Recovery Center, LLC is continuing to grow and is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist for our South Jordan location.

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (hours are not negotiable)
Starting Pay:$16.00/hour

Key Responsibilities Provide professional, engaging communication with clients, families, and vendors

Answer and direct incoming calls with warmth and professionalism

Schedule client appointments accurately and efficiently

Assist with client drug testing procedures

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of inquiries, referral sources, and call tracking (following compliant scripting)
Complete required reports and assist with company audits

Monitor and restock office supplies (stamps, toner, paper, cleaning supplies, etc.)Qualifications & Competencies Dependability is a must Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional boundaries

High-level written and verbal communication skills that reflect the Phoenix standard

Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support coworkers and overall program needs

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
