Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Administrative Assistant to support our AR team. This role is primarily administrative and customer service driven, with a strong focus on answering incoming calls, responding to email inquiries, and serving as the main point of contact at our front desk. This position will also provide assistance to our AR team assisting with general office support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and being the first friendly voice customers and visitors interact with.

• Answer and route incoming phone calls for the entire Salt Lake office and other corporate teams in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and respond to shared AR inboxes, directing inquiries to the appropriate team member
• Serve as a first point of contact for customers regarding billing questions, invoices, and payment status as clients visit our location
• Assist the AR team with administrative support, such as:
• Filing and maintaining electronic records
• Document preparation and scanning
• Updating customer account notes and contact information
• Coordinate internally to ensure customer questions are followed up on and resolved
• Support additional office and finance-related administrative tasks as assigned
