Project Manager – Residential Remodeling

Wise Flooring & Design is looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has experience managing remodeling or construction projects and understands that successful projects require organization, communication, accountability, attention to detail, and strong follow-through.

This is a hands-on, field-based position
. The Project Manager will coordinate homeowners, contractors, installers, vendors, materials, schedules, and internal teams to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to Wise Flooring & Design's quality standards.

• Manage residential remodeling projects from initial planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate multiple trades.
• Coordinate installers, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal team members.
• Communicate regularly with homeowners regarding schedules, progress, changes, and project expectations.
• Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, quality, cleanliness, and overall project conditions.
• Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, available, and ready when needed.
• Coordinate flooring and other remodeling materials with installation schedules.
• Identify potential problems before they become costly delays.
• Address job-site issues and coordinate solutions quickly and professionally.
• Monitor project budgets, labor, materials, change orders, and additional work.
• Document project progress, changes, issues, and customer communications.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and company standards.
• Perform quality-control inspections throughout the project and before final completion.
• Coordinate punch-list items and ensure they are completed properly.
• Keep customers, subcontractors, and internal teams informed throughout the project.
• Maintain organized project files and accurate project information.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping each project moving forward.
• Communicate delays, changes, or potential issues immediately.
• Help create a professional and positive customer experience from beginning to end.
• Perform other duties as needed to successfully complete projects.

• 5+ years of residential remodeling or construction project management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and remodeling.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, drawings, and project specifications.
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems and find practical solutions.
• Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and multiple projects at the same time.
• Comfortable working in the field and visiting job sites throughout the Wasatch Front.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move materials weighing 50-75 lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Position: Full-Time Project Manager

Location: South Jordan, Utah / Projects throughout the Wasatch Front

Pay: 75, /Based on experience
