Position: Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish & English)

Overview

Freedom Integrated Medicine is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our practice. This individual plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate is warm, confident, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment. They must be comfortable answering phones, managing patient records, collecting payments, and maintaining a smooth front office workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Check patients in and out efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Create a positive first impression for every patient and guest
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Schedule new patient consultations and follow-up appointments
  • Respond to patient inquiries clearly and confidently
  • Route calls appropriately to providers or case managers
  • Confirm appointments via phone, text, or email
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy
  • Coordinate scheduling with providers and case managers
  • Assist with maintaining patient flow throughout the day
  • Support team members during busy periods
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Comfortable handling financial transactions
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Basic computer proficiency (EHR experience a plus)
