Overview
Russell Tobin is seeking detail-oriented and compassionate professionals to join a fast-paced Operations Support team supporting clients through sensitive account transitions and inheritance processes. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in client-facing environments, enjoy problem-solving, and can manage multiple cases while delivering exceptional service and professionalism.
Work Schedule Overview- Training will be fully onsite
- After training, schedule becomes hybrid — 3 days onsite
- Provide high-touch client support throughout inheritance and beneficiary account processes
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients, beneficiaries, advisors, and internal teams
- Assist with account transitions, asset transfers, estate-related requests, and documentation processing
- Deliver empathetic, professional, and timely customer service while managing sensitive financial matters
- Research and resolve account issues accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed case documentation and update internal systems accordingly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, verification procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced operations environment
- Previous experience in customer service, banking operations, financial services, call center, or client support preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with internal systems and Microsoft Office applications
