Financial Representative; recent graduates

Russell Tobin is currently seeking a Financial Representative (CSR) to join a leading financial services organization in South Jordan, UT. This role focuses on supporting customers through the inheritance and asset transfer process, providing high-quality service and guidance during sensitive financial transitions.

• Provide dedicated support to customers throughout the inheritance and asset transfer process
• Communicate with customers via phone and email with professionalism, empathy, and transparency
• Process and follow up on customer service requests to ensure timely completion
• Set clear expectations and provide consistent updates to customers and beneficiaries
• Deliver excellent service to both internal teams and external customers
• Research and resolve customer inquiries accurately and efficiently
• Document case interactions and manage daily caseload using internal systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and identity verification procedures

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, banking, or financial services
• Experience supporting client or customer accounts preferred
• Knowledge of financial accounts, retirement plans, or asset transfers is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in brokerage, wealth management, or financial operations
