Communications Associate

Entry-Level Communications Representative What You ll Do:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly support
• Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Assist with resolving customer concerns while delivering a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication
• Support administrative and customer engagement initiatives as needed

• Bachelor s degree preferred (Communications, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field)
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Customer service, internship, campus leadership, or administrative experience is a plus
