Full-time, 8-hour shift within 8 AM – 6 PM
- Pay: $22.00 - $24.00
We are seeking a Financial Representative to join our team in Columbus. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy problem‑solving, and are committed to delivering exceptional client service. You will play a key role in supporting field‑facing counterparts, processing financial requests, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide world‑class customer service in all client and field interactions
- Handle inbound requests in a fast‑paced environment
- Troubleshoot mutual fund order entry and trade adjustment inquiries
- Assist the field with mutual fund journal requests
- Support new account openings, broker‑dealer changes, and rollover requests by providing proper documentation
- Collaborate effectively in a high‑activity team environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education/experience
- Prior financial services experience required; mutual fund experience strongly preferred
- Inbound call experience required
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational and follow‑up skills
- Ability to research, resolve, and elevate service inquiries as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Self‑motivated and adaptable to a high‑volume, team‑oriented environment
