Client Relations Analyst – Contract Opportunity

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, English, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (relevant work experience considered in lieu of a degree)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and composition
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills

• Experience in banking, brokerage, financial services, or operations
• Complaint resolution or client relations experience
• Regulatory or compliance exposure
• Call center or client‑facing phone support experience
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

• Research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Partner with operations teams, management, and business partners to investigate and resolve client issues
• Prepare clear, accurate, and professional written correspondence to clients
• Provide phone support for client inquiries as part of the team's coverage schedule
• Support operational processes, including settlement activities and privacy‑related requests
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the complaint resolution process
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned
• Build strong relationships across departments to deliver exceptional client service
