Base pay: $/hr. + $1/hr. for bilingual Portuguese/English skills. Up to $500/month performance bonus. $500 sign‑on bonus after 6 months. Shift: 9:30am-6:00pm, Monday–Friday (Training: M-F, 8:00‑5:00pm).

• Advocate for customers during the vehicle repair claim process via phone, email, and chat.
• Explain service contract coverage benefits and claim status, and accurately record notes in the system.
• De‑escalate strong emotions and keep customers informed about claim decisions.
• Collaborate with other internal departments, such as Sales, to resolve customer concerns.
• Use problem‑solving skills and available resources to support the customer claim process.
• Provide creative solutions to challenging problems whenever possible.
• Assist with additional responsibilities and projects assigned by the manager.

• Bilingual in Spanishor Portuguese.
• Customer‑facing service experience required.
• At least 1 year call‑center experience required.
• Clear and professional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfort navigating current technology such as computers, phones, internet, and various software.
• Accurate typing skills with a speed of at least 30
  
  WPM.
• Emotional resilience, empathy, and active listening skills.
• High‑quality results with strong attention to details.
• Thoughtful problem‑solving skills, good judgement, and a willingness to find solutions.
• Ability to collaboratively work with others and step up when extra help is needed.
• Capacity to embrace change and new opportunities.
• Vehicle repair experience, knowledge, or interest is a huge plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
