Russell Tobin is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Relations Analyst to join our client's team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication and analytical skills who enjoy resolving client concerns in a fast-paced financial services environment. The Client Relations Analyst is responsible for researching and responding to operational client complaints, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with internal business partners to provide timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal complaint-handling guidelines.
  • Investigate client concerns and collaborate with field staff, operations teams, and management to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Escalate complex complaint-related matters when necessary and provide timely follow-up.
  • Build strong working relationships with Client Relations Editors while following departmental processes and style guidelines.
  • Manage multiple assignments effectively while maintaining strong organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Provide phone support by covering client-facing telephone lines at least one day per week.
  • Deliver professional and client-focused service while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Support additional Client Relations operational functions, including settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Economics, English, Communications, or a related field (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Previous experience in brokerage, banking operations, financial services, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong grammar and composition abilities.
  • Exceptional phone presentation and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive approach to client service.
