Call Tower is seeking a Client Success Manager to advocate for and grow our Gold accounts (6k-16k MRR). You will build strong relationships with key contacts and drive satisfaction across a high-revenue portfolio. In this cross-functional role, you will respond to requests, manage escalations, and own the Client Success Program.
You will maintain Salesforce records and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders. Travel up to 30% is expected.
