Customer Service Representative

Unique Auto Body is looking for a friendly, outgoing Customer Service Representative (CSR) who enjoys helping people. In this role, you'll welcome customers, answer questions, and help ensure they feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout the collision repair process.

• Greet guests, create a welcoming experience, and assist with questions.
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle repair.
• Answer questions and help customers understand the repair process.
• Answer inbound phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Create and maintain repair work files.
• Partner with Estimators and Repair Managers to help maintain schedules and communicate updates to customers.
• Support day-to-day office operations as directed by the General Manager.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Preferred experience in a customer service role.
• Preferred experience in the automotive industry.
• Ability to speak Spanish a plus.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing, email, and general computer use.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate additional computer programs used to manage vehicle repairs.
• Ability to learn how to write an estimate for vehicle repairs.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday. Daily start and end times will be determined by the manager based on business needs, with typical operating hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Employees generally work 42-48 hours per week.

This is an hourly, non-exempt position, and all overtime hours are paid in accordance with applicable overtime requirements.

Starting pay ranges from $16-$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
