Customer Service Rep, Client Relationship Management
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking to hire a Client Relations Analyst in a hybrid work environment (3 days on-site / 2 days remote).
Pay Rate Range: $19–$21/hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:- Research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with operations teams, management, and business partners to investigate and resolve client issues.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and professional written correspondence to clients.
- Provide phone support for client inquiries as part of the team’s coverage schedule.
- Support operational processes, including settlement activities and privacy-related requests.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the complaint resolution process.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Build strong relationships across departments to deliver exceptional client service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, English, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and composition.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in banking, brokerage, financial services, or operations is a plus.
- Experience with complaint resolution or client relations is preferred.
- Regulatory or compliance exposure is a plus.
- Call center or client-facing phone support experience is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Contract opportunity with a hybrid schedule of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
