Information Technology Specialist

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking to hire a Digital Agent in South Jordan, UT
.

Pay Rate Range: $19–$22/hr, depending on experience

• Provide professional and timely support to customers through digital channels, including chat, email, and other online platforms.
• Assist customers with questions, account-related requests, and general service needs.
• Research and resolve customer issues using available systems, tools, and resources.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions.
• Provide clear and professional written communication while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Identify issues that require additional support and escalation them to the appropriate team.
• Manage multiple customer interactions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow established procedures, policies, and quality standards.
• Learn new systems, processes, and tools quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer needs and meet service goals.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, call center, digital support, banking, financial services, or related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent typing, computer, and digital communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to remain professional and composed when handling challenging customer interactions.
• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and learning new technology.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous Tier 1 technical support, help desk, or digital customer support experience is a plus.
