Senior Technical Training Analyst

Job Description

The Trainer is responsible for delivering training, developing training plans, and partnering with internal resources to create and update training materials. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker who is self‑driven to stay up to date on the latest tools and best practices for product training.

• Deliver online instructor‑led training to customers
• Develop and coordinate training schedules
• Assess training needs
• Conduct customer surveys and interviews
• Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
• Support the conceptualization and development of training materials
• Communicate training needs and online resources as appropriate
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
• Review, test, and provide feedback on training materials
• Provide accurate and timely training reports
• Facilitate customer training and onboarding using approved materials
• Document customer performance and outcomes of training
• Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
• Travel as needed

• Must have 5–7 years of experience as a technical trainer
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Familiar with training systems and best practices
