We are hiring for a structured recess aide. A structured recess aide actively organizes and facilitates playground games during lunch recess. Their goal is to maximize physical activity, get students involved, and minimize behavioral issues by keeping students intentionally engaged in cooperative play. We are looking for someone who is patient, kind, organized, timely, can collaborate, and can manage a group of students.
SalaryInformation
Effective July 1, 2026
- Lane 1 Step 1: $17.88 per hour – Not Highly Qualified
- Lane 2 Step 1: $18.88 per hour – Associate's degree or 48 semester hours from an accredited college/university
- Lane 3 Step 1: $19.94 per hour – Current/Former Licensed Teacher (Highly Qualified Information)
