Job Summary /Basic FunctionThe Graduate Enrollment Manager serves as a key administrative leader within Graduate Studies in Education ( GSE ). Reporting to the GSE Director, this role manages the full student lifecycle for the Master of Education (MEd) and Master of Arts in Teaching ( MAT ) programs. Responsibilities include driving recruitment and marketing strategies, managing admissions, providing academic advising, and facilitating required internship placements.
Additionally, this position oversees departmental budgets and daily administrative operations, works with necessary department contacts to develop class schedules, and leverages data analysis to guide strategic growth. The Manager also plays a vital role in executing program assessments to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with university and state standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of related experience
- A degree in an education-related field (e.g., early childhood, elementary, special education, secondary, higher education, educational leadership, sport coaching, or family life education)
- Experience advising graduate students
- Marketing experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and ability to work well with others
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and student populations
- Capacity to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recruitment and retention strategies
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Demonstrated, in-depth experience and proficiency with Weber State University‑specific systems and policies
