Overview
Meridian Engineering is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Survey Technician to join our Survey team. This position supports LiDAR extraction and the development of roadway terrain and surface models for transportation and infrastructure projects throughout Utah. You’ll work with industry-leading technology and software—including Open Roads Designer, Civil 3D, and TopoDOT—to transform LiDAR point cloud data into accurate engineering deliverables. If you’re eager to build technical skills and begin a career in surveying, mapping, or geospatial technology, we’d love to hear from you.
No prior Open Roads Designer or TopoDOT experience is required. We provide training for the right candidate. Experience with CAD software is a strong advantage but is not required.

- Learn and apply industry software, standards, and technical workflows.
Competitive pay beginning at $20/hour, based on experience.
