Mortgage Loan Officer

We are seeking an experienced, self-sufficient Mortgage Loan Officer or Broker with an active license who is ready to plug into a high-opportunity environment.

This role is best suited for a seasoned producer who understands the loan process end-to-end and thrives with autonomy.

Qualifications:

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator License (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of loan origination experience
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Proven sales and relationship-building ability
• Familiarity with FNMA guidelines
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Highly organized and self-motivated

Compensation:

We offer a competitive and transparent comp plan:

• 2.5% compensation on personal production
• (Subject to lender-specific caps when applicable)
• Flat fee of $2,000 per funded file for personal loans
• 30% of net revenue on in-house deals
• 1099 or W2 structure available

Duties:

• Evaluate, structure, and originate residential mortgage loans
• Develop and maintain referral partnerships
• Guide borrowers through the application process
• Collaborate with contract processors to move loans efficiently
• Maintain organized loan files in our LOS (we use Arive)
• Ensure compliance with FNMA and applicable lending guidelines
• Work-from-home flexibility
• Access to inbound leads
• Processor support
• High-comp structure for experienced producers
