Bank of Utah is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate FHA, VA, conventional and construction residential loans across Utah. You will work Monday–Friday in our offices statewide, developing relationships with realtors and builders.
You will interview applicants, analyze credit and income, ensure documentation, and promote Bank of Utah Mortgage services while complying with ECOA, FHA, SAFE and NMLS requirements. A customer-service mindset and attention to detail are essential.
