This position plays a pivotal role on the finance team, managing the revenue cycle, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations. This is a fast-paced role that requires absolute attention to detail and critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve complex transactions. This is a full-time, in-office role stationed at our headquarters in South Jordan, Utah.

• Revenue Cycle Management:
  Process revenue transactions using multiple technology platforms. Perform audits in the portfolio accounting system for billing accuracy. Create invoices in the accounting system using an ETL spreadsheet process.
• Accounts Payable:
  Assist with cases from advisors that come through salesforce, including crediting clients’ accounts.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with the Controller, Billing Manager, and Revenue Operations Manager to support accounting projects, financial reporting, month end close, and other duties as assigned.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or information systems.
