IT Service Desk Agent
Location: South Jordan, UT
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $24/hr (W2)

Overview:
Seeking an IT Service Desk Agent to provide first-level technical support via phone and chat in a 24x7 environment. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving IT issues, and maintaining accurate ticket documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line IT support for software, hardware, and systems
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues or escalate as needed
• Document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in ticketing systems
• Manage multiple requests while ensuring high first-contact resolution
• Communicate effectively with users and maintain a customer-first approach
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous process improvements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2–5 years of IT support/customer service experience (phone/chat)
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic knowledge of Windows systems and IT tools
