Role
As a Technical Services Engineer at Everpure, you will be the frontline architect of customer success, resolving mission‑critical challenges within our sophisticated Kubernetes and cloud storage ecosystem. You will drive high‑visibility resolutions across networking, databases, and infrastructure, ensuring the resilience of the Everpure Platform for our global enterprise partners.
What You’ll Do- Resolve Complex Infrastructure Impediments: Own the end‑to‑end troubleshooting and resolution of advanced issues involving Kubernetes administration, Linux system internals, and multi‑cloud environments (AWS, GCP, IBM Cloud) to maintain 24/7 service availability.
- Optimize Data Persistence & Security: Manage and troubleshoot database performance for Mongo
DB and Postgre
SQL while securing environments through the deployment and debugging of Single Sign‑On (SSO) tools and API integrations. - Automate Support Operations: Develop and implement Bash and Python scripts to automate log analysis and repetitive diagnostic tasks, increasing the efficiency of the Technical Services team and reducing time‑to‑resolution for customers.
- Manage High‑Stakes Stakeholder Communication: Act as the technical lead during critical escalations, providing clear, calm, and concise updates to management and customers to de‑escalate high‑pressure situations and restore trust.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional enterprise‑level technical support role.
- Advanced Systems Expertise: Hands‑on mastery of Kubernetes administration and deep Linux knowledge (networking, storage, and system internals) required to navigate and fix complex cloud‑native architectures.
- Database & Scripting Proficiency: Technical fluency in querying and troubleshooting Mongo
DB and Postgre
SQL, combined with the ability to write production‑grade automation scripts in Python or Bash. - Cloud & Integration Skillset: Practical experience managing VPC/private cloud environments and physical data centers, including the ability to troubleshoot APIs and cloud‑specific infrastructure.
- Strategic Communication: Excellence in verbal and written English, with the ability to translate technical jargon into actionable insights for stakeholders and the empathy required to lead customers through critical system failures.
- Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
In‑Office Presence:
This role requires working from the Lehi, Utah or Raleigh, North Carolina office, unless on approved PTO or leave.
Annual base salary range: $82,000 – $140,000 USD.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
