Senior Product Marketing Manager, Market Strategy

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager - Market Strategy, you drive customer acquisition and revenue by turning segmentation and market insight into clear packaging, pricing, and go-to-market plays. You blend analytical rigor with PMM craft: define and size priority segments, design experiments with Analytics, and translate results into messaging and enablement that wins. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Growth Marketing, Sales, Fintech, Customer Success, and Business Analytics.
You write tight briefs, launch on time, and own outcomes from plan to readout. Our team is passionate, empathetic, hard working, and focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Our success is their success.
What you do each day:
- Build and maintain segment definitions using firmographic, behavioral, and product usage data; size opportunities and recommend where to focus next
- Propose and refine packaging and pricing strategies, including good-better-best and vertical industry bundles; define upgrade paths
- Write clear, differentiated messaging and positioning by segment and buyer; translate into website copy, in-product text, email, and sales collateral
- Run win/loss and competitor tear-downs on an ongoing basis; publish battle cards and reasons-to-switch materials
- Build sales enablement content including talk tracks, objection handling, ROI tools, and case studies; measure impact on win rate and attach
- Plan and execute experiments across pricing, packaging, lifecycle, and in-product prompts, in collaboration with Analytics
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as conversion, average contract value (ACV), attach rate, payback, and churn by segment; share regular scorecards with recommendations
- Create concise go-to-market briefs, align stakeholders, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality assets on schedule
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or adjacent growth/strategy roles with ownership of a segment or vertical motion
- Hands-on experience with packaging and pricing strategy development, testing, and rollout
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e. SQL, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and core business metrics
- Experience designing and interpreting research and experiments (e.g. surveys, clustering, win/loss, A/B testing; Max Diff or conjoint a plus)
- Proven ability to drive measurable business impact in partnership with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Finance
- Excellent storytelling and writing skills with the ability to turn complex insights into clear, actionable narratives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
What will help you succeed:
- Bias to action and clear decision-making with written briefs and measurement plans
- Deep customer empathy built from interviews, call listening, and time in the field
- Comfort operating within a hybrid product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) environment
- Familiarity with field service or B2B enterprise environments
- Experience with tools like Appcues, Storylane, and Figma for light editing

Salary and benefits
Open to candidates; the expected salary range for this role is $129,000–$152,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
