We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to guide and mentor teams and leaders in adopting Agile principles, practices, and frameworks. The ideal candidate is a change agent with a passion for fostering an Agile mindset and enabling cultural and operational transformation across the organization.

• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles, values, and best practices
• Facilitate the adoption and scaling of Agile frameworks such as Scrum
  , Kanban
  , SAFe
  , or LeSS
• Lead Agile maturity assessments and provide customized improvement plans
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing events
• Work with stakeholders to remove organizational impediments and streamline Agile processes
• Help teams apply Agile at scale and align it with business goals and delivery outcomes
• Support Agile ceremonies and ensure Agile practices are understood and effectively implemented
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering leadership to build a roadmap for Agile transformation
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of Agile adoption and team performance

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach
  , Scrum Master, or similar Agile role
• In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
• Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated success leading Agile transformations at team, program, or enterprise levels
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, Azure Dev Ops)
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent Agile certifications
• Experience in enterprise Agile transformation in large or matrixed organizations
• Background in software development, project management, or product management
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Minimum Compensation: USD 52,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 182,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
