We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to guide and mentor teams and leaders in adopting Agile principles, practices, and frameworks. The ideal candidate is a change agent with a passion for fostering an Agile mindset and enabling cultural and operational transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles, values, and best practices
- Facilitate the adoption and scaling of Agile frameworks such as Scrum
, Kanban
, SAFe
, or LeSS - Lead Agile maturity assessments and provide customized improvement plans
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing events
- Work with stakeholders to remove organizational impediments and streamline Agile processes
- Help teams apply Agile at scale and align it with business goals and delivery outcomes
- Support Agile ceremonies and ensure Agile practices are understood and effectively implemented
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering leadership to build a roadmap for Agile transformation
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of Agile adoption and team performance
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach
, Scrum Master, or similar Agile role - In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
- Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated success leading Agile transformations at team, program, or enterprise levels
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, Azure Dev Ops)
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent Agile certifications
- Experience in enterprise Agile transformation in large or matrixed organizations
- Background in software development, project management, or product management
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Minimum Compensation: USD 52,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 182,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
