A major banking firm is growing its tech support team and is looking for a people-focused, tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join their South Jordan location. If you love solving problems, helping others, and keeping technology running smoothly, this role is for you! π
What Youβll Be Doing- π Provide friendly and efficient support via phone, chat, and in person
- π§° Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, applications, and system access
- π Log tickets accurately and keep users updated throughout the process
- π₯οΈ Install, configure, and repair computers, peripherals, and software
- π§© Diagnose technical issues and offer clear, step-by-step solutions
- π€ Work closely with teammates and elevate issues when needed
- π Support a 24/7 environment (may include evenings/weekends/holidays)
- π Maintain a positive, patient, and professional attitude at all times
- β Strong customer service and communication skills
- ποΈ 2β5 years of IT support experience (enterprise/high-tech environment is a plus!)
- π§ Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- πΌ Ability to stay calm, organized, and independent under pressure
- π High school diploma or GED
- π Willingness to work varied shifts as needed
