Service Desk Agent – Contract Opportunity

Recent graduates are welcome! Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking a Service Desk Agent with 6 months to 2 years of experience (including internships) to join a leading investment banking firm.

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree
• Experience or internship in relevant field
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Preference for candidates with at least one of the following:
  College Degree

• Investigate, diagnose, resolve, and recover hardware/software problems
• Install, modify, clean up, run diagnostic programs, and repair computer hardware/peripherals and software
• Handle incoming calls regarding customer service inquiries on Morgan Stanley accounts
• Respond accurately and efficiently, meeting key performance metrics
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Gain experience with a leading financial institution
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values career growth and professional development
• Potential to convert to a permanent position after the contract period
