IT Service Desk Agent
Seeking an IT Service Desk Agent to provide first-level technical support via phone and chat in a 24x7 environment. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving IT issues, and maintaining accurate ticket documentation.
Provide front-line IT support for software, hardware, and systems
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues or escalate as needed
Document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in ticketing systems
Manage multiple requests while ensuring high first-contact resolution
Communicate effectively with users and maintain a customer-first approach
Collaborate with team members and support continuous process improvements
High school diploma or GED required
2–5 years of IT support/customer service experience (phone/chat)
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Basic knowledge of Windows systems and IT tools
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime
Experience in high-tech, fast-paced environments preferred
