Basic Qualifications

The following Basic Qualifications are required for consideration:

• Three years of combined experience in the following areas:
• UNIX/Solaris or Linux operating system administration
• Oracle Database Administration or related database experience
• Ethernet/IP networking experience

Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment Team as an IT Systems Administrator at our Hill AFB, Utah office. As an Integrated Maintenance Information Systems (IMIS) Administrator on the F‑22 Depot Operations Team, you will obtain and maintain the Special Access Program clearance required for program access and work various shift hours, including weekends, to support customer mission requirements.

A Day in the Life:
As an IMIS Administrator, you will perform system administration, data management, network administration, and tier‑1 and tier‑2 support duties. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, field questions, and troubleshoot reported problems. The role will involve continuous skill development and increased responsibilities.

• Customer point of contact for technical items
• Backups, restores, and disaster recovery of systems, databases, and network equipment
• System/software/firewall/account maintenance and monitoring
• Laptop re‑image, troubleshooting, account maintenance
• Install system‑wide software, allocate mass storage, and maintain secure operation of multi‑user computer systems in coordination with peers, Tier 2, and engineers
• Review processes/procedures, collect system operational data for analysis
• Coordinate extranet equipment installations with enterprise and local communications facilities
• Monitor and respond to hardware and software problems using a variety of testing tools and techniques in support of F‑22 IMIS operations
• Install and configure application software and related hardware (e.g., desktops, servers, peripherals)
• Provide software and system troubleshooting, backup and recovery support
• Obtain CompTIA Security+ CE or higher within six months of hire
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs at times
• Must be a United States citizen, possess an active SECRET clearance adjudicated within the last five years, and have the ability to obtain a Special Access Program clearance

• Experience as an F‑22 IMIS or F‑35 ALIS administrator
• F‑22 IMIS Front‑End user experience
• Current CompTIA Security+ CE or higher
• Experience with Zettabyte File System (ZFS)
• Shell scripting experience
• Windows system administration experience
• Unix or Linux system administration experience
• Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) experience
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Self‑motivated

Onsite Full‑time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
