Senior Revenue Operations Systems Administrator

Canopy, South Jordan UT

About Us

Canopy is a fast‑growing SaaS company in South Jordan, Utah building simple, efficient software for accounting firms. We are looking to revolutionize the accounting space with modern, user‑friendly software for a neglected industry.

Our goal is to help our clients unlock the firm they’ve always wanted with our Practice Management Suite. We place strong emphasis on delighting our customers, spotting and solving problems, and being good people along the way.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to own and evolve the technical foundation that powers our go‑to‑market engine. This role works as part of a centralized Revenue Operations team, connecting our GTM strategy with the systems, integrations, and data architecture that bring it to life across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.

As a Senior Revenue Operations Systems Administrator, you will serve as the primary administrator and architect of our GTM tech stack—owning platform configuration, integration health, and the data layer that our teams depend on to operate and grow. You will lead the evaluation and implementation of AI‑powered tooling, build and maintain the context infrastructure that enables intelligent automation, and partner with Rev Ops leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable systems.

What

You'll Do
  • Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of the full GTM tech stack across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience, including user management, permission structures, workflow automation, and system integrations.
  • Design and maintain the integration architecture connecting GTM platforms, managing data flows, field mapping conventions, sync dependencies, and API health across tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Gainsight, and Hub Spot.
  • Build and govern the GTM data and context layer—including data models, object relationships, enrichment logic, and taxonomy standards.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage AI‑powered tooling across the GTM org, including AI‑assisted prospecting, conversation intelligence, customer health scoring, workflow automation, and agent‑based task execution.
  • Partner with Rev Ops leadership and GTM team leads to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations, automations, and process improvements.
  • Evaluate new technologies and vendors on an ongoing basis, leading POCs, building business cases, and managing rollouts in close collaboration with Rev Ops and GTM stakeholders.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, integration logic, automation rules, and data governance policies.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in GTM systems administration, Rev Ops, or a technical business systems role supporting a B2B SaaS go‑to‑market organization.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience, with a Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with the modern GTM tech stack, including Outreach, Gong, Gainsight, Hub Spot, and Zoom Info, and ability to own and evolve a multi‑platform environment.
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes across the full customer lifecycle—including lead‑to‑opportunity, pipeline management, renewal and expansion workflows, and customer health tracking.
  • Experience designing and maintaining integration architecture across GTM platforms, including iPaaS tools and native API connections.
  • Hands‑on experience building or managing AI‑powered tooling in a GTM context.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, CRM data governance, and maintaining a clean, trusted data layer.
  • Highly organized and systems‑minded, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing ruthlessly.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company; startup or high‑growth environment experience strongly preferred.
Benefits
  • Flexible Paid Time Off; you’re encouraged to use it plus 10 company holidays.
  • Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and HSA match. Company covers medical premiums at 100% for employees only.
  • 401(k) with a 100% match up to 3% of your contribution; eligibility is…
