Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious AI/ML Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development and execution of machine‑learning and artificial‑intelligence initiatives across our product portfolio. The TPM will serve as the primary bridge between data science, engineering, and business stakeholders, defining product vision, owning the AI/ML roadmap, and delivering intelligent, user‑centric solutions that transform our teams and clients.

Responsibilities Product Vision & Roadmap Ownership
  • Define and own the AI/ML product roadmap in alignment with company goals and technical feasibility, covering both customer‑facing products and company‑wide AI enablement.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritization framework based on market urgency, opportunity size, viability, value, feasibility, and technical constraints.
  • Oversee all stages of product development—from concept through release—ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Monitor user reactions to new releases and confirm that business value is achieved.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Delivery
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, machine‑learning engineers, software developers, and stakeholders to build scalable AI‑driven solutions.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Build and manage the product backlog, ensuring the development team understands vision, priorities, and user stories with supporting documentation.
  • Work with users to gather requirements and provide fully documented wireframes.
Performance, Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive A/B testing, experimentation, and model validation strategies to evaluate ML model performance in production.
  • Measure value and impact using key metrics and outcomes associated with AI rollout.
  • Track performance metrics, user adoption, and model accuracy for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure models are built and deployed with proper governance, fairness, transparency, and privacy compliance.
  • Stay current on AI/ML technologies, industry trends, ethical considerations, and emerging frameworks.
  • Perform other duties as directed by leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML‑based products.
  • 3–5 years as a Senior Technical Product Manager in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of machine‑learning concepts, model life cycles, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with MLOps tools, model deployment, and performance monitoring.
  • Technical proficiency with data stacks such as Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud services; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Preferred Experience
  • 10+ years as a product owner with a proven record of delivering products on schedule.
  • Experience with generative AI (LLMs, transformers) or natural‑language processing.
  • Familiarity with model interpretability, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
  • Background in software engineering or data engineering.
  • Experience in regulated industries, especially healthcare or health‑IT.
  • Deep understanding of market conditions and the ability to link technical delivery to long‑term business strategy.
  • Creative thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a complex, cross‑functional product organization.
