Location:

South Jordan, UT (Hybrid MWF)

• Partner with Canopy customers to design, build, and maintain custom reports.
• Communicate with customers to gather necessary information for Insights reporting and guide them on Insights functionality.
• Analyze data sets and provide recommendations for structuring reports and dashboards.
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their configuration.
• Work closely with the Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure successful delivery of configuration projects.
• Create and update documentation related to Insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Implementation, Customer Success) to ensure high-quality solutions and advocate for feature enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest Canopy product updates.
• Develop rapport with customers to understand their business needs and provide guidance.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness in deliverables to customers.

• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics or reporting, BI tool configuration, or client‑facing implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of workflow and work‑in‑progress (WIP) concepts.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Project management, organizational skills, creativity, curiosity, and a solution‑oriented focus are a must.

• Familiarity with API configuration, payload formats and architecture.
• Experience with Thought Spot or other modern search‑based BI platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL for querying or validating data.
• Exposure to accounting workflows or financial reporting use cases.
