Front Maintenance Lead

Wasatch Labs Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Care:
  Run preventive maintenance schedules, fix broken machines quickly, and oversee smooth line changeovers for different cosmetic batches.
• Team Guidance:
  Train, mentor, and guide daily tasks for shift mechanics and technicians.
• Safety and Quality Compliance:
  Enforce strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) safety protocols, and OSHA rules.
• Cross-Team Communication:
  Partner with production and quality control teams to prioritize workflow and report equipment status.
• Inventory Control:
  Monitor spare parts, tools, and supplies to prevent supply delays during urgent repairs.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED required; technical trade certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience:
  
  3 to 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a fast-paced process or packaging manufacturing environment.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Clear communication, leadership abilities, and basic computer skills (CMMS software, Microsoft Outlook/Excel).
