Molding Process Technician I - Graveyard Shift

The molding process technician is responsible to adjust and monitor injection molding equipment 5/8 Schedule (SUN-TH 10PM-6:30AM) (United States of America)
General Responsibilities Pull and set injection molds (aim for ready to start set-up)
Completes color changes

Ensure that press tonnage setting & mold damage protection is set Departmental cleaning

Set up End of Arm tooling for robotic part removal

Prepping for upcoming set ups Actively participate in continuous improvement

Ensure all quality and production documentation is prepared prior to releasing to production

Responsible for proper handling and care of all materials, molds and tooling

Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company goals and objectives

Qualifications

Attention to detail

Knowledge and use of tools

Familiar with quality systems

Familiar with measurements and quality tools

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude

Demonstrated problem solving and root/cause analysis skills

Ability to communicate effectively

Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively
