Work Shift:
DAY
- Create, process, and close Product Complaints
- Initiate external complaints and ensure all phases are complete
- Ensure containment (identification, segregation, and reconciliation) of nonconforming product to prevent unintended use, including inventory management transactions
- Handle complaint returns appropriately, decontaminating (as needed) and segregating to expedite investigation
- Evaluate product complaints to assure timely disposition
- Audit and inspect the production process and product to confirm that Device History Records are completed according to Device Master Record/QSR/GMP regulations, including final review and close‑out of DHR
- Assist in product and process testing, collect data, and generate reports
- Identify training needs, develop training plans, and train technicians, quality auditors, or production employees
- Evaluate the manufacturing work environment to ensure adequate environmental controls and monitoring, sufficient personnel, and safety production controls
- Research customer inquiries into Merit’s compliance with applicable standards and generate custom customer responses
- Assist with the supervision of technicians, including assigning work, ensuring proper completion of assignments and processes, and assisting with performance appraisals
- Participate in design and development activities as needed
- Perform other related duties and tasks as required

- Education equivalent to a High School Diploma with seven years of prior work‑related experience
