We are seeking a full-time In-Store Loss Prevention Agent to protect our Hobby Lobby stores. Only candidates with prior undercover, floor‑walking loss prevention experience will be considered.

As an LP Agent, your primary focus is undercover, plain‑clothes surveillance to identify and apprehend shoplifters, while walking the sales floor discreetly. No responsibilities related to risk management, safety, door greeting, alarms, audits or inventory.

• Complete incident reports
• Review camera footage
• Apprehend shoplifters
• Review BOLOs
• Handle stressful, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous situations with rational judgement
• Build relationships with store management and local law enforcement
• Work independently and as part of a team

• At least one year of undercover, floor‑walking loss prevention experience
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area
• Strong communication skills
• Motor vehicle record check
• Background check
• Ability to stand/walk up to 100% of working hours

• One‑week paid vacation after 6 months, two weeks after one year
• Two 3‑day weekends a month

$23.00 – $24.00 per hour
