The Representative is responsible for resolving branch inquiries related to gain/loss account maintenance, 1099-B reporting, cost basis reporting, reconciliation discrepancies, and regulatory or educational guidance. The role often requires manual adjustments to ensure accurate reporting.

- Understanding of general accounting principles.
- Knowledge of process controls, databases, spreadsheets, and data modeling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and other Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
