Sales Associates

Responsibilities

Sales associate:

• assisting customers with transactions while providing excellent customer service.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Preparing hot food and fresh coffee throughout the shift, while doing routine check to ensure the food meets the health code requirements.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well‑presented to attract customer attention.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate merchandising efforts and uphold store standards.
• Help with cleaning the store and equipment to keep it clean and presentable for the customers.

Store Manager Position ($18-19/hr):

• Manages orders, cash summaries, POPs, and must have experience managing 7‑Eleven or similar stores in the past.
• train, hire, and manage the sales associates, and mange their schedule.
• Manages receiving the big deliveries, and ensures the cycle counts and shelf sequencing are completed per schedule.

-Must be 21+

-Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.

-Experience with retail sales processes including cashiering, POS operation, and cash handling.

-Excellent organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and inventory management.

-Customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with shoppers of all backgrounds.

-Familiarity with retail math for pricing accuracy and sales calculations.

-Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
