Prepared and Rotisserie Chicken Associate

Position Summary

Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associates prepare fresh food items daily for members by following recipes and preparing warm rotisserie chicken. The role requires wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to keep products fresh and approachable to members. Associates must multitask, assist with bakery orders, and provide a friendly experience that turns a good shopping visit into a great one.

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of prepared‑food specifications; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to educate peers on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively and remain flexible to business needs.
• Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and seasonal productions, adhere to food‑safety and sanitation standards, manage inventory, and operate and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions and training.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance, manage high exposure, stock and rotate merchandise, enforce quality and date control, eliminate waste, and assist customers per company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, model high‑quality service and products, execute basics at the highest level, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy and maintaining integrity in business processes.
• Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and peers; prioritize tasks; communicate progress; and recommend improvements.

The hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $26.00. Additional premiums up to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• Must successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
