Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available for members. The role requires juggling multiple tasks, assisting members with bakery orders, and contributing to a team focused on member satisfaction.

• Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team and be flexible to the needs of the business.
• Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs, operating baking equipment, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and ensuring food safety and inventory standards.
• Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Ensures commitment to operational excellence, maintaining work area according to policies, ensuring quality, securing merchandise, eliminating waste, and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
• Acts as a talent ambassador by modeling high quality service and products, exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics, applies the Open Door Policy, and implements action plans.
• Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners, and recommends improvement opportunities.
