Riverton Chevrolet is looking for a Parts Counter Associate to join our fixed operations team. This role is all about people — greeting customers with a smile, helping them find exactly what they need, and making every interaction at the counter a great one. You'll also support our wholesale accounts, so a customer-first mindset that carries over to business partners is key.

• Greet and assist walk-in retail customers and internal technicians at the parts counter, providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service
• Look up parts using VIN and part number, and source parts through GM systems and outside vendors when needed
• Bring that same customer-first approach to our wholesale accounts — processing orders, quoting pricing, and ensuring accurate, on-time fulfillment
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, both retail and wholesale, to earn repeat business
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup
• Maintain accurate inventory records — receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
• Collaborate closely with the service department, technicians, and fellow parts team members to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow up on backorders, special orders, and returns

• Excellent customer service skills — friendly, responsive, and detail-oriented
• A strong, positive team player who communicates well and pitches in wherever needed
• Open to candidates at any experience level; prior dealership parts counter or wholesale experience is a plus
• Experience with Dealer track is a plus
• Comfortable using computer systems for parts lookup, ordering, and inventory
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced counter environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full-time schedule including rotating Saturdays
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
