Sales & Recruitment – Fitness Counselor

• Membership sales and promotion of club and individual programs.
• Manage membership billing processes and sales pipeline.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Serve as an information hub on products, programs, and events.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team player willing to take on varied tasks.
• Strong math, analytical, and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail with accurate work.
• Available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology, quick on phone, adaptable.

• Successfully pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift, carry heavy objects.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

$13.00 per hour with variable commission opportunities.
