Role Description The Automotive Sales role at Jerry Seiner Kia South Jordan is a full-time, on-site position located in South Jordan, UT. Day-to‑day responsibilities include greeting and consulting with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, presenting suitable new and used inventory, and conducting test drives. The role involves explaining pricing, features, financing, and warranty options, preparing and reviewing sales documents, and coordinating with finance and management to complete transactions efficiently.

Automotive Sales team members are expected to follow up with customers, support long-term relationships, and contribute to store sales goals while maintaining a professional, welcoming showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Automotive Sales and Sales Consulting, with the ability to match customer needs to appropriate vehicles.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on clear communication and a positive buying experience.
• Experience supporting Customer Retention through follow-up, relationship-building, and repeat business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Comfort using dealership systems and basic office software to manage leads, inventory, and paperwork.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior automotive or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
