SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

As a Sales Support Representative, you’ll play a vital role in building and maintaining strong business relationships with our valued clients. You’ll be the go‑to expert for our authorized agents and dealerships across the country — delivering best‑in‑class service by phone, email, and online chat. Whether it’s answering product questions, resolving challenges, or supporting onboarding, you’ll help our clients succeed by providing prompt, accurate, and professional assistance every step of the way.

This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role where every day brings something new. You’ll have the autonomy to make smart decisions, the support of a collaborative team, and the opportunity to grow within a company that truly values people over profit.

In this role, you will:

• Use our CRM and internal tools to manage client requests accurately and efficiently across regions.
• Monitor shared inboxes and maintain a maximum two-hour response time.
• Provide coverage for inbound phone and chat queues alongside fellow team members.
• Oversee onboarding for new dealer partners, ensuring smooth transitions and training completion.
• Deliver technical support and guidance for our dealer portal (including via Zoom), maintaining expert‑level knowledge of its functionality.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years of call center experience in a customer service or sales support role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus!)
• Strong technical proficiency — able to navigate multiple systems and tools with ease
• A detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality results
• Creative problem‑solving ability and sound judgment under pressure
• A team player who’s always willing to lend a hand
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning in a growing organization
