New Home Sales, Part Time Sales Associate

McArthur Homes is looking for a driven, customer-focused Part Time Sales Associate to represent our communities and guide buyers from their first visit all the way through closing. You'll staff our model home sales center, showcase our homes, and help buyers navigate financing, Personal Selections, and the purchase process. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on relationship-building, loves closing deals, and takes pride in delivering a five-star experience for every customer.

• Greet, tour, and guide prospects through the model homes and sales center, from first visit through close.
• Deliver sales presentations and follow up consistently to convert prospects into buyers.
• Prepare and manage purchase contracts, pricing, and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Help buyers navigate financing options and Personal Selections.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, floor plans, features, and community details.
• Keep the model homes, sales center, and signage looking their best.
• Actively prospect and generate referrals to build your pipeline.
• Participate in ongoing sales training to sharpen your skills.

• Active Utah Real Estate license (or ability to obtain one) in good standing.
• Prior sales experience preferred; new home or real estate sales a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple transactions at once.
• Available to work the sales center schedule, including Saturdays.
• Professional, customer-first attitude.
