Account Executive

About the Role

Acquire is hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to join our sales floor in South Jordan, UT. You'll own a book of qualified pipeline from discovery through signed contract, and you'll be expected to generate some of your own pipeline too. This role is for someone with 1-3 years of quota-carrying experience who is ready to take on more territory, more quota, and more upside.

This is an in-office role, on-site every day, working alongside a team that pushes each other to hit numbers.

• Run the full sales cycle: discovery, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of qualified opportunities from SDRs and your own outbound efforts
• Deliver consultative presentations tailored to each prospect's business problem
• Handle objections and negotiate terms to close on time and at target value
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly quota
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
• Partner with SDRs and marketing to sharpen targeting and messaging based on what's actually closing

• 1-3 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with a documented record of hitting quota
• Ability to run a consultative sales process, not a scripted pitch
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-starter who will still prospect when needed, not solely reliant on inbound leads
• Excellent forecasting discipline and CRM accuracy
• Competitive, coachable, and driven to win

• Base salary: $65,000-$75,000/year, based on experience
• Plus uncapped commission per funded deal, paid on a tiered structure based on deal size and monthly team volume
• Top performers have significant upside beyond base

• Meeting or exceeding quota within the first two full quarters
• Building a predictable, accurately forecasted pipeline
