You'll staff our model home sales center, guide buyers from their first visit all the way through closing and help deliver a five-star experience for every prospect who walks through our doors.
What you'll do:- Tour prospects through our model homes and sales center
- Build relationships and guide buyers through financing and Personal Selections
- Help manage purchase contracts and paperwork accurately and on time
- Actively prospect and generate referrals
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Available to work our sales center schedule, including Saturdays

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Part Time Sales Associate role located in South Jordan, UT. The Sales Associate will greet and assist prospective home buyers, provide information about available homes and communities, and guide visitors through model homes. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering questions, collecting contact information, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team with follow-up communications. The role also involves maintaining a clean and welcoming sales environment, preparing basic sales materials, and accurately documenting customer interactions in company systems.
The Sales Associate will collaborate closely with sales professionals and other team members to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with prospective buyers and visitors.
- Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and basic written correspondence.
- Sales support abilities such as managing inquiries, assisting with tours, and helping organize sales documentation.
- Basic computer and office skills, including familiarity with email, calendars, and data entry.
- Ability to work on-site during weekends and peak hours as needed.
- Strong reliability, attention to detail, and professional presentation.
- Interest in residential real estate or homebuilding; prior sales or hospitality experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is beneficial.
