Residential Support Staff- Graveyard Shift

Full-Time | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM | $16–$17/hour DOE

Full-time graveyard shift

11:00 PM–7:00 AM

$16–$17/hour, depending on experience

• Provide overnight supervision and support for residential clients
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Assist with medication distribution and complete medication counts according to policy and training
• Respond appropriately to client needs and behavioral concerns
• Complete required overnight documentation, audits, and safety checks
• Monitor facility safety, security, and cleanliness
• Communicate relevant information to incoming staff and other members of the treatment team
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements

• No previous behavioral health experience required
• Dependable and able to consistently report to scheduled shifts on time
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional and appropriate when interacting with clients and coworkers
• Able to remain calm and use good judgment when responding to client needs
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport clients when required
• Ability to complete medication-related training and follow medication policies
• Must be able to successfully complete required background screening
