• Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 salary range, based on experience

In this role, you’ll act as a “special projects” engineer, partnering closely with executive leadership, product, and data teams to bring new ideas to life quickly. You’ll design and build high-fidelity prototypes, support new go-to-market initiatives, and solve complex technical challenges related to healthcare data. Every project you touch directly supports patients, caregivers, and researchers working toward better outcomes.

• Rapidly prototyping new product concepts and experimental features from high-level ideas
• Collaborating with data engineering teams to translate complex healthcare data into intuitive user experiences
• Building technical foundations for new product launches and pilot GTM strategies
• Architecting scalable, cloud-native applications with speed and security in mind
• Navigating healthcare data requirements including HIPAA, data security, and interoperability
• Owning projects end-to-end, from technical discovery and SQL analysis to frontend deployment
• Iterating quickly based on feedback, performance, and real-world usage

• 5+ years of Senior-level experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer
• 2+ years of experience with Firebase/Firestore
• 3+ years of experience with SQL skills for data analysis
• 4+ years of experience with Cloud-native application development
• 2+ years of experience with Rapid prototyping of high-fidelity solutions
• Strong product mindset with the ability to balance technical execution and user impact
• Comfort operating autonomously with minimal documentation or direction
